Build a Foundation: Communicate, Connect, and Recognize & Appreciate

The Water Leadership Institute (WLI) developed a three-part webcast series exploring nine tenets of authentic leadership.

During this webcast series, participants will learn about those tenets possessed by great leaders that draw us in, inspire us, and create results by sharing examples, insights, and hands-on training materials to support your continued growth as water leaders, no matter your role.

When you register for the webcast, you also get access to a toolkit for each topic included.

Webcast 1: Build a Foundation: Communicate, Connect, and Recognize & Appreciate covers:

  • Leading with Purpose: Driving a culture of recognition and appreciation within your workforce
