Recruiting the Next Generation of Water Sector Professionals

A large component of water professionals is approaching retirement. Many rank the aging water workforce as a top issue facing the water industry. This webinar presents demographic information on the current water workforce, highlights the importance of attracting new diverse talent, and offers suggestions as to what current water professionals can do to inspire interest in water careers. This webinar also introduces the Water workFORCE Game, a tangible interactive tool that current professionals can use to educate middle and high school students on the diverse careers available within the water industry.
